How do I report an error in a calculator?
Use the form above and select "Calculator error or incorrect data." Include the name of the tool, what you entered, and what result you expected. We check all reported figures against current government sources.
How often is the state-level data updated?
LLC filing fees, franchise tax rates, and sales tax rates are reviewed quarterly and updated whenever official state sources publish changes. The last review date appears at the bottom of each data-driven tool page.
Do you take requests for new tools?
Yes. If you're a small business owner and find yourself doing the same calculation repeatedly with no good free tool available, tell us. Most of our existing tools came from exactly that kind of request.
